Months and months ago TimeOut HK asked a bunch of style influencers in Hong Kong what they’ll be wearing in Autumn/Winter. Of course I picked some tomboy-ish jacket like my camouflage bomber but I paired it with a super girl poofy Twenty8Twelve dress thanks to ElectricSekki and zipped on my Phi scuba creeper shoes. I am absolutely in love with this dress: the high neckline and the curved up waistline (kind of hard to tell in this photo) are really cool details and the poofiness is perfect for hiding my just-feasted-on-sth-delicious belly wahahhaa. Poofy dress and camouflage? What’s not to love? I’m all about mixing feminine with masculine. Not in a dandy masculine sense but more to add punches of streetwear and sportswear like this camouflage bomber jacket. I’m forever drawn to the ‘cool girl’ aesthetic. Instead of just wearing a girly dress with some cool shoes, I’ll wear a bomber jacket over to throw the look off a little, to make it something a little more special with a little more edge.
