The good people of the Oliver kind have teamed up with Zooey Deschanel (whom I absolutely lurrrve and can’t wait for 500 days of Summer) to create a special edition pair of sunglasses! I am obsessed with sunglasses, and am sort of starting a collection. I have a few really great ones already but I think one can never have enough. I’ll have to photograph my collection one day soon – it may not be astronomical, but I do have a modest few.

I think they have a really nice classic to shape to them, and a cute hint of colour with that little nobbly bit on the ends. And HOW freaking adorable is it that it comes with a lovely special cleaning cloth. At $415 (which is actually more than a pair of Chanels or Miu Mius), they may not come cheap but they seem like something that will last you many many years and would still be in style in maybe 10 years time. I don’t think I’ll be buying them though, although they are deathly cute and special..but really I think my glasses collection is steady for now, since my boy just bought me my favourite Miu Miu’s for xmas (;
